The funding organizations listed here function across continents or in more than one region. These are most relevant because they have youth-specific funding mechanisms for international youth-led projects or operational programs for supporting the international youth sector. Only those with a track record of financing youth-related projects have been included. There is no consensus among these funders concerning the age range of youth; they work with their own definitions. They also focus on a broad range of themes, from youth participation in civic life to youth health.
